Before treatment
Preparing your flat
1

Clear beds and sofas

  • Empty storage from beds and sofas (wardrobes do not need to be emptied)
  • Remove bed linen, duvets and pillows — mattress covers do not need to be removed
  • Clear items from around beds, sofas and bedside tables (lamps, toys, books)
2

Pull furniture away from walls

  • Pull beds and sofas at least 10 cm from the walls
  • If possible, tip beds on their side or disassemble them
  • Unfold sofa beds into the sleeping position if possible
3

Make sure people and animals leave

  • No people or animals may remain in the treated rooms
  • Cover aquariums with foil and switch off air pumps
  • Move cages with birds or rodents to an untreated room
⚠ Important: Treatment cannot be carried out in unprepared rooms. The technician has the right to refuse treatment if the flat has not been properly prepared.

!

During application

  • The product has no strong smell but can irritate the respiratory tract during application
  • No people or animals may remain in the treated rooms
  • Stay in untreated areas (e.g. kitchen) during treatment
  • Ventilate during and for at least 1 hour after treatment ends
After treatment
Aftercare instructions
1

Wait for ventilation

You can re-enter treated rooms after ventilating — usually 1–2 hours after treatment ends.

2

Children and pets

Pets and children under 3 may touch treated surfaces only after the product has fully dried.

3

Do not vacuum treated surfaces

Do not vacuum or wipe treated surfaces for 14–21 days. The spray must remain active on surfaces — this is key to the residual effect.

4

Follow-up treatment

We recommend a follow-up visit 14–21 days after the first treatment. The spray kills adults and nymphs but not eggs — the second treatment eliminates any newly hatched bed bugs.
